If you’re thinking of moving into a new home, this must-have amenity could prove very appealing. According to MENAFM, “Damac Properties is offering a new Tesla with the purchase of select units from its portfolio of luxury villas and apartments during this Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF). For every qualifying purchase throughout the DSF… customers will drive away in a new Tesla.” Damac Properties is currently running this unique Tesla promotion but it’s coming to an end on January 27th, 2018.

A recent billboard by Damac was spotted on a major freeway leading into the city, tempting drivers with the promise of a “Tesla-Guaranteed.” Niall McLoughlin, senior vice-president of Damac Properties, explains: “We’re delighted to offer investors an opportunity to experience luxury with Damac and drive away in a luxury car. We aim to surprise investors with a dream car to complement their home purchase. Customers look forward to our DSF promotions as we provide double the joy of owning a home – with a valuable car on the house.”

And that’s not the only opportunity for a new home that throws in a free Tesla with the deal. Mansion Global reports, “A new Hong Kong development will have a little something extra for the first five buyers to purchase a four-bedroom apartment—a free Tesla.” However, these apartments don’t come cheap. Prices start at $4.87 million for a four-bedroom apartment in the Victoria Skye, an upmarket development project in Kai Tak, the site of Hong Kong’s former airport.

Sammy Po, chief executive of Midland Realty’s residential market, explains: “Having a Tesla car is cool in Hong Kong and this will draw buyer attention.” Tong Cheung, the development’s investment manager, elaborates on the deal: “The promotion is to encourage our future residents to use environmental-friendly electric cars… [and] all the 143 parking spaces at Victoria Skye [also] have charger systems for electric cars.”

There’s even an enterprising company in Australia that’s been offering a free Tesla with all new homes — albeit not a car from Tesla but a Powerwall. Inhabitat reports, “An Australian home builder has announced plans to include a Tesla Powerwall in all new homes. Arden Homes says they will outfit all their new homes with the energy storage technology.” And that’s not it — there are others here in the U.S. looking to use a Tesla to lure in residential buyers. After all, it’s not a bad perk with your new home.
