SpaceX’s Starlink high-speed internet and Hawaiian Airlines made a major announcement related to the roll-out of the service.
Starlink is now available on every single one of Hawaiian Airlines Airbus A330 and A321neo aircraft, giving some extremely fast internet access to those who choose the airline for their travels.
But that’s not all. The airline wants Starlink on more of its aircraft, and it said on its website that it is also working with both Boeing and SpaceX to install the internet on all of its 787 aircraft.
Even better, Starlink is free on all flights, which is pretty incredible considering its reliability and speed. Most reliable internet access on passenger aircraft costs at least a few dollars.

It’s just another advantage Starlink gives airlines and their passengers as the internet service expands to more planes for airline travel. Starlink is also being utilized in many other applications, including cruise ships and cargo ships.
Starlink has made its way to 2,500 aircraft, with more being added to that number nearly daily.
Reviews seem to be overwhelmingly positive. Even the Wall Street Journal said recently that the reliability, latency, speeds, and streaming performance were all nearly flawless:
SpaceX will continue to launch Starlink satellites to expand access to the service. Its next flight is scheduled for this evening at 9:01 p.m. PT from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.
If the weather is not favorable, SpaceX will attempt to put the satellites into low Earth orbit at 8:37 p.m. PT tomorrow, September 25.
