Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) has announced the date for its Q3 2024 earnings call. The announcement for the event was posted by the company as part of its third quarter 2024 vehicle delivery and production report.
During the third quarter, Tesla produced a total of 469,796 vehicles, comprised of 443,668 Model 3 and Model Y, as well as 26,128 units of the Model S, Model X, Cybertruck, and Semi. Tesla also delivered 462,890 vehicles, comprised of 439,975 Model 3 and Model Y, and 22,915 units of its other models.
Tesla shares fell on the heels of the Q3 2024 vehicle delivery and production report. As per Wedbush analyst Dan Ives, the electric vehicle maker’s delivery results are in line with Street’s estimates, but they were below whisper numbers. Nevertheless, Ives noted that Tesla’s 462,890 deliveries are a step in the right direction.
Tesla noted in its report that it would be posting its financial results for the third quarter of 2024 after market close on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. At that time, Tesla would publish a link to its Q3 2024 Update Letter, which is expected to feature the details of the company’s performance in the third quarter. The Q3 2024 Update Letter will be available for download on Tesla’s Investor Relations website.
Tesla’s third quarter earnings call, which will be conducted by the company’s management, is scheduled to start at 4:30 p.m. Central Time (5:30 p.m. Eastern Time). During the event, company leaders such as CEO Elon Musk are expected to discuss Tesla’s financial and business results, as well as its outlook for the coming quarters and years.
