Tesla has officially launched Cybertruck’s first deliveries in Mexico with an awesome event as it handed over the all-electric pickup to owners in a new country for the first time.

Earlier this month, we reported that deliveries in the country were imminent. Along with Mexico, Cybertruck is expected to make its way to Canada in the coming weeks, a Tesla employee confirmed.

Tesla kicked off the Cybertruck’s first deliveries to buyers in Mexico with a cool event late Monday night:

Tesla delivered the first ten Cybertruck units at this event, according to some who were lucky enough to be invited.

It is similar to the launch style of Tesla in 2023 when it brought the first units to buyers in the United States.

It was a very limited delivery event; we only saw a handful of Cybertrucks go into the hands of what appeared to be early investors and close friends of the company.

Tesla Cybertrucks are now available in two countries, although we have seen them present in some other areas of the world.

Tesla will roll out Cybertruck deliveries in Canada sometime next month.

As for Tesla’s plans to build its planned Gigafactory in Mexico, things are still up in the air. CEO Elon Musk said it would likely lean on the results of the U.S. Presidential Election.
