Elon Musk releases Brazilian Judge’s ‘unlawful’ directives on X

Elon Musk’s conflict with Brazil, specifically Brazilian Supreme Court Judge Alexandre de Moraes, now has a dedicated X account.

“Today, we launch the daily data dump on the crimes—under *Brazilian*law- that fake ‘judge’ Alexandre has committed!

He can block this platform in Brazil, but he can’t stop the whole world from knowing his illegal, shameful & hypocritical deeds. Karma’s a b*tch bro,” Musk said in an X post

Musk created a dedicated X account, Alexandre Files, which covers relevant information about the conflict between the social media platform and the Brazilian Supreme Court Judge.

The first post in the Alexandre Files account shows the Judge’s orders to X and compares them to the country’s laws.

“X must block, within two hours and in secret, the following accounts (including that of a sitting Brazilian Senator) in their entirety, without any reference to a single illegal post from any of the accounts…,” stated Alexandre’s orders.

The X post supports Musk’s claims earlier in the year when he shared that X was ordered to suspend or block the accounts of Brazilian parliament members and journalists.

Judge Moraes recently blocked Starlink’s financial accounts, which interfered with its operation in Brazil. The Judge reasoned that the sanction against Starlink was due to X’s failure to provide a representative for the social media platform in Brazil.

In April, Musk mentioned that the Judge had threatened X employees in Brazil. The billionaire commented that X would probably have to shut down its offices in Brazil due to the Judge’s massive fines on the company.
