Hyundai Motor Company and Hilton Grand Vacations APAC & Hawaii (HGV) are collaborating to expand the EV experiences of their customers.
Hyundai and Hilton’s collaboration will start in Hawaii with the Hyundai Mobility Passport in Kona program. The South Korean company’s program aims to enhance customer satisfactions and brand recognition through unquote EV experiences at travel destinations like Hawaii.
HGV members and customers have a chance to experience the Hyundai Kona EV at specific designated locations on Oahu Island in Hawaii.
“Our collaboration with Hilton Grand Vacations is surely a part of our efforts to provide seamless EV experience to our customers,” said Yoo Seok Chung, Executive Vice President of Hyundai Motor Company. “This relationship will create new opportunities to introduce Hyundai’s remarkable electric vehicles to eco-conscious travelers in Hawaii.”
Hilton’s collaboration with Hyundai isn’t the first time it has tried to expand its customers’ experiences with electric vehicles. In 2023, Hilton teamed up with Tesla to install up to 20,000 Tesla Universal Wall Connectors at 2,000 hotels in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. After seeing a spike in EV drivers booking stays, the hotel chain decided to install Tesla wall connectors.
